What and How

Where does variation comes from? What is effectiveness?

As engineers, our tendency is to ask "how".

If we can find ways to do things better, we'll win.

TDD helps us to do things better, so we'll win.

But perhaps variation doesn't come from doing
things better. It comes from doing the right thing.

If you are in the right direction, you'll win,
however sloppy your software is. You can always
improve once you on on the right path.

Worse is better.
