East Nashville: | |

Best proximity to cool local spots, more chill vibe, no chain type stuff. Dive bars, good food, not very walkable. I've lived over on
this side of town for a few years now and it's a great area. It'll be among the cheaper areas to stay, lots of cool people around.
Most things here are going to be more dive-bar, but really good food sprinkled throughout.
Germantown: | |

Good proximity to downtown, resturants, coffee shops, etc. It’s very contained with lots of stuff that’s walkable. There's not a TON over here
but it's nice and it's a quick uber down to Broadway, downtown, midtown area.
12th South: | |

Another very contained area that's very walkable. Everything is essentially on 12th ave south. It's a little further outside downtown
and not a ton i'd do down here. Good distance from west end and some bars on that side. Quickly get into college type atmospheres with
how close colleges are to west end tho.

Newest part of downtown. It's the nicest, and also the most prentetious. Really good, high-end restuarants, bars, hotels are all around this
area. It's pretty walkable and contained as well. Really good proximity to other parts of downtown, midtown, etc. It'll likely be the most
expensive area to stay, but it's a popular area |
