Tech-lead onboarding playbook (agent-assisted)

Reusable methodology distilled from a Friskgården / Frontkom monorepo onboarding (2026). Goal: own delivery, CI, and scope-stop fast — without needing to “understand everything”.

Use with an AI coding agent (Cursor, Claude, etc.). Keep the plan file local / untracked unless PM explicitly wants a plan-mirror on the board.
