Apparently you can buy them on Craigslist and stuff but then you have
to crack it open to switch out the SIM card, of course that voids the
warranty so if you mess it up: you're fucked.

Additional monthly fees: $6.95 System Access Fee, 911 Fee
(not disclosed) It's slightly more expensive, but includes
150 more anytime minutes. I never use these though since
most of my calling happens after 5:00 and on weekends. With
unlimited text, the price is totally unreasonable.
