| Disclaimer: The instructions are the collective efforts from a few places online. | |
| Nothing here is my original. But I want to put them together in one place to save people from spending the same time as I did. | |
| First off, bundle. | |
| ================== | |
| 1. cd to the project directory | |
| 2. Start the react-native packager if not started | |
| 3. Download the bundle to the asset folder: | |
| curl "http://localhost:8081/index.android.bundle?platform=android" -o "android/app/src/main/assets/index.android.bundle" |
Our Virtual Machines are provisioned using Vagrant from a Linux base box to run using VirutalBox. If the Hard Disk space runs out and you cannot remove files to free-up space, you can resize the Hard Disk using some VirtualBox and Linux commands.
The following steps assume you've got a set-up like mine, where:
| /* | |
| In the node.js intro tutorial (http://nodejs.org/), they show a basic tcp | |
| server, but for some reason omit a client connecting to it. I added an | |
| example at the bottom. | |
| Save the following server in example.js: | |
| */ | |
| var net = require('net'); |
| package main | |
| import ( | |
| "fmt" | |
| "github.com/codegangsta/negroni" | |
| "github.com/gorilla/mux" | |
| "log" | |
| "net/http" | |
| ) |
