And why did you think Rs. 500/- is to be credited back. I have clearly mentioned during my complain last week and on tuesday was well. Apart from the product amount, I have paid additional or Rs.1500/- (800 for pedal set+ 600 for mechanic - who came twice to my place). Moreover, chain cover is still missing and I am unable to avail it.
Apart from our discussion very clearly mentioning again in e-mail again Rs. 1500 has to be credited back to my account.
I just had a conversation with an executive named "Rani". She told me that, there is no conversation record that I had yesterday with you people. Apparently, the executive with whom I spoke yesterday didn't update my complain and cheated me by saying that my complain is being forwarded in priority.
Apparently you guys have mastered the art of fraud with customers by multiple ways. I am highly disappointed with such an arrogant behavior.
It has been a week and you have no clue about what seller have sent me, why is it so? Didn't you bother to get update from seller, if so why was not adequate action taken from your end?
For all the inconvenience I am having so far, I am requesting for a compensation amount of Rs. 1500 which I had to additionally put from my pocket.
The more disgusting fact is the product was a gift to one of my relative and its so embarrassing to know the partial item was sent by your pathetic team/seller.
Please, take my concern on priority and get is resolved asap.
Any updates on this one?

I am strongly holding my patience and desperately waiting for more delay from your end so that I have enough timeline gap to show when I blog about this incident.

Please, refer to my previous e-mail and find out the conversation you guys had with me even before you make such foolish reply.
You answer is completely nonsense to me and is unacceptable.
