mingw-get install msys-mintty msys-vim msys-wget msys-openssl msys-openssh msys-tar msys-gzip msys-zip msys-unzip msys-libbz2


make a shortcut (link)
name: mintty
path: c:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin\mintty.exe /bin/bash --login -i


launch mintty
