mkdir oracle
docker run -d \
    -p 8080:8080 \
    -p 1521:1521 \
    -v `pwd`/oracle:/u01/app/oracle \
    -e DBCA_TOTAL_MEMORY=1024 \
    sath89/oracle-12c

# wait about 10 minutes while oracle init's and wakes up

# sqlplus system/oracle@//localhost:1521/xe.oracle.docker
# SQL > create user lidar identified by lidar;
# SQL > grant all privileges to lidar;
# SQL > grant create session to lidar;
# SQL > EXECUTE MDSYS.enableGeoRaster;

# configure cmake with  -DOCI_CONNECTION="lidar/lidar@localhost:1521/xe.oracle.docker"
