Aidin — Org Launch Walkthrough

Brian will get you logged into the test site. Work top to bottom. When you’re done, reply on Discord with what felt confusing, broken, or slow.

The story

You’re a club director launching a travel team. Then you switch into a parent’s shoes and register a kid. Then Brian approves you. Then you check your status.

That’s the whole loop. Don’t hunt for “Program.” Don’t worry about paid/Stripe unless Brian asks.

Do this

1. Open Organizations

• Find Organizations and open (or create) an AAU / Travel club
  Quick check: Did it feel obvious where to go?

2. Create a team

• Create a team (any name, like 14U Black)
  Quick check: Was “create team” easy to find?

3. Assign a coach

• Assign a coach (your email or a test email Brian gives you)
  Quick check: Did the screen make it clear if the coach is actually on the team vs just invited?

4. Open registration

• Create / open registration for that team
• Copy the registration link
  Quick check: Did you know registration was live and ready for parents?

5. Be the parent

• Open the link (new tab / phone is fine)
• Fill the form and submit
• Click View Registration Status and bookmark it
  Quick check: Anything confusing on the form or confirmation?

6. Get approved

• Tell Brian to approve you (and put you on the team)
• Refresh your status page
• Check email if you get one
  Quick check: Did status update make sense after approval?
