nyagosでシングルクォートを UNIX 風に使えるようにするフィルタ。"で囲まれていない ' を " にかえ、' で囲まれた " を \" に置換するだけ

.nyagos に直接コピペしてもいいですし、.nyagos に次のように書いてもいいです（ ディレクトリの \ は \\ に変えておくこと )
