Do i download it through onedrive, when I open it through file explorer (or whatever it is on chrome) it opens it in a tab, and says my organization doesn't allow it.

add this to google sites by going to embed then emben the code and add it there then go to to preview or published app then go to the bottom of the page of the proxy and add your website my website is google.com and u have to have the full url
then it will open up a about.blank page then your website
