Include forums and niche directories, Flippa buy/sell platform. (Consider using subagents in Claude Code to do research in parallel for EACH)
  • Sensor Tower (monthly revenue)
  • Flippa / Acquire.com (how much similar apps are being sold for?)
  • Ahref (domain search)
  • Google Trends (is the topic/problem trending?)
  • Google Keyword Planner (Ads)
  • Udemy
  • Reddit
  • Gumroad
  • Etsy
  1. How is this problem currently solved and what’s good and bad about it?
  2. Who are the top 5 competitors and how much are they making?
  3. What pricing is a no-brainer for my audience, good deal for me, and upsells?
  4. Can it be automated
  5. Will AI make it obsolete in the next months/years?
  6. Provide distribution ideas
  7. How much demand in the market?
  8. How big is the potential market?
  9. How much competition?
  10. List highly relevant SEO keywords that aren't saturated
  11. What are the opportunities to spend time on?
  12. What gaps can be filled with this product?
  13. What areas should be ignored?

  1. Provide ideas on how to provide an unfair advantage on competitors
  2. List some paths to customers
  3. Suggest ways to differentiate
  4. How will I get my first 10 customers?
  5. How to make my first $100?
  6. Provide a business model look like? Is it a one time use or will it be recurring and how would that impact sales?
  7. Be critical and ruthless and Rate the idea (0 - 100, 100 being the best) on it’s potential to grow as a business and provide an explanation. Provide suggestions as well
