  • If solved, description of solution.
    • include short term and long term (if there is one) solutions

Impact

  • Length of time of outage
  • users affected
    • brack down by feature affected
      • ie. If an elasticsearch server then only the search of the website was affected. Consult Dory or Ian if impact could be broken down in this way.
