This plugin will help the iridium team to save certain form entries to the wp_records
table in the database, which will subsequently be sent to Pipedrive either manually or periodically (automated). They will also be able to download the saved records based on selected filters (if any).
-
Install and activate this plugin. This creates the
wp_records
table. It also provides custom settings on all Gravity Forms under the section Send Entries to Pipedrive. -
To ensure you have the appropriate permissions to access the functionalities of this plugin, ask your admin to grant you access in the Members plugin.
-
Go to the Form Settings of the forms you want their submitted entries sent to pipedrive, enable Would you like to send these entries to Pipedrive?.
-
Go ahead to select if you want All entries sent or only specific entries.
-
If you select only specific entries, you will need to select the appropriate filters.
-
You need to manually configure the fields to be exported by using the merge tags. Please note the spaces between merge tags are significant. Then click the Update Form Settings button to ensure your settings are saved.
-
Subsequent entries for the configured form(s), will be saved to the database.
-
To send entries to pipedrive you will need an API Key. This can be retrieved on Pipedrive. When logged in, go to Settings -> Personal preferences, then click on the API tab.
-
Ensure the Live/Sandbox toggle is on LIVE whenever you're on https://www.iridium.com.
