Download Taxonomy Doc and Upload to Google Docs. 

Prepare and export Taxonomy Doc as CSV.

Create new book on admin panel.

Import CSV on admin pane.


Download multiple PDF files for new book.

Combine PDF files into single one.

Set the four acrobat margin boxes to the same value.

Upload single fixed PDF file.

Generate book pages, overlays and search index from PDF.
