Debug THERC3 apache node5 full cpu usage bug to newrelic-daemon.
Disabled New-relic on production until further notice.
Disabled Cacti monitoring for THERC2, as it is not up to the full task.
Tried to reproduce new-relic error on thetrunk with no success.
Debug node5 distinct load caused by restart apache process.
Debug distinct load between JMeter load-tests.
Watch server fail on aritimetic increment of load and his impact on non-recycled tcp system.
Added time_wait counter every 10 minutes on "THERC3 Apache 1".
