#2629: Turned off OFFLINE servers yesterday night.

#2639: Handle LIVE HE root domain issue cause by turning off OFFLINE server for LIVE HE. 

#2640: Added ITS last changes and admin/taxonomy to the RC tag.

#2642: Finish new mysql servers setup on THERC.
    Updated apaches .my.cnf to use new master.
    Updated properties files to use new mysql hosts.
    Executed anonymizedatabases setSQLfunctions setSQLtriggers on one apache host.
    Executed setSQLpermissions on all apache hosts.
    Updated PHPMyAdmin configuration on all apache hosts.
    Allowed tempuser connection on mysql master from all apache nodes.
    Rebuilt all apache nodes.
    Runed ITS sql migrations.

#2481: Assist Cristiano on guidance and clarifying task to be done.

#2633: Follow-up on new SCM server.
    Missing author broke yesterday's migration process. 
    Regenerated authors file from svn root and started migration over.
