Yandex Browser on Arch Linux: install + fix audio/video codecs

Tested on Arch Linux with Yandex Browser 26.4.1.1110 stable.

A fresh AUR install of Yandex Browser may launch normally and play YouTube, but some media sites, including Yandex Music, may fail to play audio because the browser falls back to its integrated FFmpeg library.

1. Install yay (if you do not have it)

sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git
