Enable Apple Watch functions like ECG, Hypertension, Sleep Apnea Notify

Update: It's better to use Bluetooth fake location app to unlock ALL functions.

By using AnyGo or iAnyGo or similar Apps. It's safe, easy, works on Win/Mac and can unlock everything within 3 minutes. But you need to pay for 1 month subscription.

General steps:

1. Power off the watch, use airplane mode or remove sim card from your phone.
2. On your computuer, connect to your phone with Bluetooth mode, following the guide of the fake location app, you may need turn off/on location service.
3. Move your location to USA, check your location on your phone in the Apple Maps app.
4. Open Health Checklist on phone in the Health app and turn on everything.
5. Connect your watch and check it.

Below are plist files for Apple Watch to Enable ECG, Atrial Fibrillation(IRNF), Sleep Apnea Notify. No AfiB History. After a lot of testing by the people in the comments, it looks like only ECG will work.
So just replace the first three files:

@omarsouissi, use the Virtual Location feature in the free software called 3uTools

I am so confused, is any of this working? I have ECG but nothing else. how do I enable it? I have AnyGo software but it seems it's not working.

Well, I have tried everything and still it shows unavailable so that's a bummer.. I checked everything, my location (on maps and weather app) showed that I was in Hong and as well in Croatia and Germany and USA but still it didnt work.. lol thats a bummer

Is it working for anyone? I tried iAnygo with a trial, but it didn't work. Before buying paid version I wanna make sure if its working for other guys? Did you buy the paid version or tried on free?

I really want hypertension feature. Using AW11 with latest version.

UPDATE:

I tried with the AnyGo paid version, and it worked like a charm.

I used the Newyork location to enable all features. Before, I tried North America, but sleep apnea wasn't getting activated. So I had to try again with the NYC location. It worked. Now everything is enabled on my AW11 series.

Big thanks to @imReker who added a detailed comment at the start and saved me from resetting my iphone to modify files :-D

@pavelgubarev I removed the SIM card, turned off Location Services, and cleared the location history by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. I only reset the Location & Privacy settings, nothing else.

Then connect your iPhone to the AnyGo app via Bluetooth, change the location, and open the Health app. Go to Health Checklist and set up each feature.

@stormerxd I'm referring to his first comment, where he mentioned the Bluetooth method. You don't need to edit any plist files.

When you have the AnyGo, you must turn off your Apple Watch, change the location of your iPhone, and then turn on your Watch.

@pavelgubarev you need to use bluetooth mode of Anygo or other app. I tried before 3u tools virtual location as well but it wasn't successfull but anygo bluetooth mode helped.

I try this Bluetooth method but only Hypertension notification became available after location change. sleep apnea and afib history and ecg app still not available. Can someone advise me? i'm using iPhone 16 Pro and s10 watch.

I play around for a bit ECG is now working but sleep apnea and afib history still shown not available in your region. I'm using AnyGo Paid bluetooth mode.

Finally got everything enable. I'm on iPhone 16 Pro IOS 27 beta and S10 watch. These are the step that work for me.
Follow WhiteEagle404 - removed the SIM card, turned off Location Services, and cleared the location history by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.

• Turn off WiFi and reboot phone.
• After reboot connect to AnyGo via bluetooth set location to New York USA.
• Go to health app and activate it. If it still show unavailable try to go to watch app and setup ECG, AFib from there. This is how i got mine to work.
• As for Sleep Apnea both in health checklist and Watch app, shown unvailable in your regione. But I can enable it this way -> open the Health app -> Browse -> Respiratory -> Under Sleep Apnea Notifications, tap Set Up.

Thank you, everything worked, iPhone 14 PM ios 26.7, Apple watch series 11. I mean everything worked following the above steps. It is necessary to note that some getting used to connecting to the Anygo app through bluetooth is needed. My $10 on Anygo app well spent. No need of any editing and backup up of phone data as in old method. Thank you, now I have a smart watch and not just a time piece.
