Crustless Quiche

Dependencies

  • 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 3 TBsp flour
  • 2 TBsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Setup

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour into a greased deep dish pie pan or 9”x9” pan.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until edges are brown and tooth pick comes out clean.
