Fix mintty configuration

As you like.

Install apt-cyg

Needs wget.

Fix home

Set the environment variable PATH to C:\Users\xxx.

Also fix /etc/passwd in Cygwin system.

Install more

apt-cyg install git vim openssh screen dos2unix
