I loved, loved did I say loved your note to recruiters and it is

J2EE Software Engineer - Billing Department J2EE software engineer to
work on the SPOT project. Below are the qualifications required for
this position:

• 6+ years of J2EE experience within Unix environments.

• Must have detailed knowledge of the following technologies: JMS, JNI,
  JDBC,LDAP, AJAX, XML (all aspects) & JSF/ADF (or similar web based UI
  toolkit)
• Experience using RichFaces or IceFaces will be an advantage
• Must have expert level skills in Web services on both client and
  server side.
• Must have expert level Java skills, understand complex multi-threaded
  applications, be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and have good
  exposure into software & network security.
• Must have good understanding of Jdeveloper or similar IDE.
• Must be familiar with Toplink or Hibernate.
• Must have a good understanding of configuring applications to use
  Load balancer.
• Should have experience developing performance critical applications
  that will be deployed within J2EE environments.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Must have experience to provide Tier3 level support.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Should be able to evaluate, recommend and apply new technologies when
  appropriate
• Should be familiar with Web 2.0 technologies
• BS or MS in Computer Science.
