My ordinary life

I wasn't an ordinary child. Instead of waking up at 7:30am to get prepared to school 
I usually said to my mom my classes start at 11 to lie in a bit longer. Sleep is so awesome 
in the morning. I could never fall asleep quickly, it always took me about an hour.

I lived pretty close from school, about 10 minutes' walk. My parents didn't driving me
to the school, they were only giving me $2 pocket money. Time I liked best getting 
to the school was in the middle of the class while everyone's busy and I could sneak 
into the building unseen. My first study place was stadium since physical culture was 
my favorite class. My philosophy of life was to always do something you really like, 
otherwise it's just a waste of time. Probably that's why I didn't like helping 
my mother with housework but instead participated in all possible physics olympiads, 
studied latin dances, learned to be a young traffic inspector, practiced martial arts, 
played volleyball in semi-professional league of Crimea. Instead of visiting 9 school 
classes I visited 9 student clubs that led me to participate in many school and state 
olympiads so I got good marks at school automatically.

My school was a really old, about-to-break building. Our director only sucked money out 
of it and treated the school as a good business without investments. She even 
cut down the school fence and sold it for metal getting some more cash. School was located 
in the relatively dangerous area where I lived. I realized that only after leaving my 
native town. The day wouldn't be normal if you won't see guys fighting in the outhouse. 
Closer to a New Year's holidays someone could explode a firecracker in the classroom 
with 25 pupils sitting to feel the holiday coming. I always tried to avoid the fights 
but sometimes they were unavoidable. Guys even had a leaderboard of who wins the most 
in fighting.

I miss my childhood :)
