How to separate projects? Wireframes & Designs should be on different projects (ex: CBRE Wireframes, CBRE Designs).

Choosing the Project

Each different project type has a subset of related skin, viewports & configurations when previewing the screens.

Upload Screens

  • Manually with Drag & Drop video
  • Auto Sync (w InVision Mac App, Dropbox or Box) video

Important to know: You can replace an existing screen by uploading a screen with the same filename. This should create versioning in the file. All hotspots and comments will also be retained!

Screens, Sections & Status

Modes & Assets Management

There's different working modes for each screen. video

  • (P) Preview Mode - Just previewing the screen wireframe or mockup.
  • (B) Build Mode - For adding hotstops transitions.
  • (C) Comment Mode - Swapping feedback on the screens.
  • (H) History Mode - If files are uploaded with the same name, then InVision will persist the versioning & history.

There's a filesystem on InVision for storing & sharing all the project assets (sources, fonts, images, etc). It's also possible to create custom folders.
