Enter the Nintendo WFC Settings menu, which can be found in any WFC-enabled game.

Select "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings".

Set up a new connection if you haven't already done so, then select the connection slot you wish to use.

Scroll down and set "Auto-obtain DNS" to "No", then set Primary DNS to
178.62.43.212
and Secondary DNS to0.0.0.0
. Select "OK" to confirm. -
Save the settings then exit out of the WFC menu.

Launch the System Settings application from the DSi main menu.

Go to page 3 of the System Settings menu and select "Internet".

Select "Connection Settings".

Select "Advanced Setup".

Set up a new connection in one of these slots if you haven't already done so, then select the connection slot you wish to use.

Select "Change Settings".

Set "Auto-Obtain DNS" to "No", then select "Detailed Setup".

Set the Primary DNS to
178.062.043.212
and Secondary DNS to000.000.000.000
. -
Select "OK".

Select "Save" to confirm the new settings and then perform a connection test.
Launch the System Settings application from the 3DS main menu, choose "Internet Settings" then select "Nintendo DS Connections".
