What python -m pip install -e . does

While installing dask-distributed, you can see the following output:

$ python -m pip install -e .

Installing collected packages: ...
...
Successfully installed dask-2022.12.1 distributed

Review the steps and find out why dask-2022.12.1 is installed (not 2023.2.0).
