We are currently working to establish distributors in the various regions to get this product into the market.  Once these distributor are confirmed and ready for sales, we will be updating our website with their contact detail so you will be able to visit the closest distributor to see our product in person.

Right now EBS Block  is not yet on sale but please find below an idea of the prices for each of the EBS Block units.

We will offer 3 main types of EBS Block model, Standard, Basic and Custom.  
Price are CIF to port of choice in your country.
Shipping and insurance are included however local duties and taxes as well as other cost associated with taking the container to your property is the buyer’s responsibility.

 

STANDARD FROM USD$65,000

 
The standard model has been designed to cleverly maximise the space with pre-installed room partition, a functional kitchen and bathroom, lighting and power points.  All our EBS houses come with full weather insulation to guard you from the elements.  All you need to do is to move in your furniture and appliances and the house is ready to be lived in. BASIC FROM USD$55,000

The basic is the main structure of the house and is designed for those who wish to complete the cosmetic finishes themselves or customise it into something that is uniquely yours. 
If you have experience in renovating and wish to take advantage of the unique structure, but add in your own finishing touches, this is the model for you.
The Basic does not include a kitchen or bathroom.  All pipes and power cable are ready for you to connect in your own fitout.

 

CUSTOM FROM USD$49,000

Looking for something different and you want us to design it for you?
Using the same structure, EBS Block can be used for many applications including cafe, restaurant, offices or even a house that is a little different to the standard model.
If you want floor to ceiling glass or more windows and doors, we can customise it to your liking.

THE TOORAK FROM USD$71,000

 

The Toorak is a modern contemporary design with open spaces derived from our standard model.  It features floor to ceiling large bi-folding doors  and windows that fill the house with natural light. This also creates an luxurious open living feel. The external sides and back walls are wrapped in a dark metal cladding with a corrugated iron texture for the top half of the bathroom and kitchen that give our homes an industrial chic effect. Our container homes are structurally strong and weatherproof.

Indoor features stylish polished wooden floorboards that flow from a generous sized living room to the partitioned bedrooms. The kitchen also is flooded with natural light with a window above the preparation bench and features a two burner oven and single sink. 

The bathroom/laundry on the opposite end of the house features a shower area, basin and toilet and room for a washer dryer.

The Toorak is the perfect haven for entertaining with an easycare in/outdoor floorplan.
