عندي ملف اكسل على google sheet يوجد به تواريخ هجرية ابي احوله الى ميلادي ووكذلك العكس من هجري الى ميلادي

خي بالاول تقرا ملف الاكسل
بعدين تغير التواريخ باستخدام هاي الفنكشن او غيرها
بعدين ترجع تكتب البيانات للاكسل
