Needs:

  • 12 cup Chemex
  • 37 Grams of unground coffee beans
  • 200 Grams of ice
  • 400 Grams of hot / just off boiling water

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water
  2. Measure 37 grams of unground beans, and grind them coarsely
  3. Measure 200 Grams of ice INSIDE Chemex
  4. Put coffee grounds into chemex filter in Chemex
  5. Pour 400 Grams of hot water into grounds, at about 100 grams per min
  6. wait for rest of ice to melt once you reach 400 grams
  7. Pour over ice into glass, or into mason jar and stick in fridge for later drinking
