- 12 cup Chemex
- 37 Grams of unground coffee beans
- 200 Grams of ice
- 400 Grams of hot / just off boiling water
- Start boiling water
- Measure 37 grams of unground beans, and grind them coarsely
- Measure 200 Grams of ice INSIDE Chemex
- Put coffee grounds into chemex filter in Chemex
- Pour 400 Grams of hot water into grounds, at about 100 grams per min
- wait for rest of ice to melt once you reach 400 grams
- Pour over ice into glass, or into mason jar and stick in fridge for later drinking
