Priorities

My priorities (please suggest things I didn't think of):

  1. Under $1.3M
  2. Safe neighborhood
  3. Livable condition, but it doesn't have to be super up-to-date; no major structural problems
  4. Quiet street; not next to train tracks, highway, or a lot of bars; prefer not on El Camino or similarly major streets
  5. Less than 2mi from some shops / a town center
  6. Freestanding home; not part of a condo/townhome association
  7. Built after 1970
  8. 2 bedroom (alternatively 1000-1200 square feet)
  9. Under $1M
  10. Some private outside space; room for a patio with a little outdoor kitchen (with a brick oven!)
  11. Built after 1980
  12. 2 baths
  13. Covered parking (or room to build a garage)
  14. Less than 2mi from a CalTrain station
  15. Gas line
  16. Built after 1990
