Hi guys I'm having the same problem right now, did you manage to figure it out what is causing it ?
I manage to solve the issue, put this in your Gemfile
gem 'ruby-debug-base19', "0.11.24"
gem 'ruby-debug19', "0.11.6"
that would fix the problem
