I think the fifth and seventh code blocks are the same? If so, we can remove one of them so that folks who have to use this to delete intermediate files can navigate it easily.

Do we also need to write a block that deletes the assets created in step 5? mssoffset and mss2TmCoefCol seem like they should be deleted and replaced too.
