Overview

A team harness is a shared operating layer for AI-assisted work.

Instead of every person teaching Copilot the same terminology, tools, workflows, quality standards, and safety rules in every conversation, the team captures that knowledge once in a versioned repository. The repository is installed as an Agency plugin and exposes reusable skills, specialized agents, tool connections,
