Returns a random v4 UUID of the form xxxxxxxx-xxxx-4xxx-yxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
, where each x
is replaced with a random hexadecimal digit from 0 to f, and y
is replaced with a random hexadecimal digit from 8 to b.
