Before you make this jammer, take a look at the local law enforcement before use and also use this device at your own risk !!!
After I did some research about the Espressif microcontroller ESP8266, I found that Espressif has written a
wifi_send_pkt_freedom()
function that just sends out whatever packet I’d like to the network.
It also turns out that the ESP8266 will enter monitor mode, where it listens to all WiFi traffic regardless of the MAC address that it’s directed toward.

Yet another MacOS Arduino Serial Port solution...
Every year and every new MacOS version the same:
masses of people posting about problems with the serial connection discussing solution that do not work in general.
This is my way with MacOS El Captain (10.11.6) and Arduino 1.8.2 ;-)
(yes, versions are important, because the solution may not work with any other)
(no, Do NOT try the "FTDI" solution, it does not work anymore in this case)
Problem:
PORT=1099; PID=`lsof -i tcp:$PORT | tail -1 | tr -s ' ' | cut -d\ -f2`; echo "Process-ID for Port $PORT is: $PID"; ps aux | grep $PID
