Ahh cool, thanks for the example, yeah I am just experimenting as I play between the two spaces. I want to figure out away to either annotate or at least capture my annotations.

The Hypothes.is's HTML representation for an annotation page doesn't use the Web Annotation terms.
What you may be looking for is W3C Note Embedding Web Annotations in HTML: https://www.w3.org/TR/annotation-html/ for actual WA usage in HTML eg. RDFa in HTML. No need to "export" to lesser forms because it'll be lossy. It is already human-visible and machine-readable through existing standards-compliant tooling.
