Installing the NVIDIA driver, CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL and Tensorflow on Linux

Installing the NVIDIA driver, CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL, Tensorflow and JAX on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04)

In particular, the aim is to install the following pieces of software

NVIDIA graphics card driver (v450.57)
CUDA (v11.0.2)
cuDNN (v8.0.2.39)
Tensorflow (v2.4 with CUDA and AVX2 Support, thanks to Davide Nunes for the wheels)
JAX (with GPU-Support)
