One of my previous invoices spiked way above the usual amount due to some security issues. The case ID is 4469605251, and its been resolved. Can you alter or void the invoice ID 113359921 now that its resolved?
Thank you!

Lester,
Seems like you just copy/pasted a generic response without even glancing at the details I provided. The message references the separate case ID that covers the security breach in my account, and explains that it's resolved.
I just got called from my bank that you guys actually tried to charge the $14k invoice... This is exactly what im trying to dispute.. Can you PLEASE read the message and provide a relevant response?
Thank you.
