A minimal Electron Fiddle that loads the
chromium-gpu-bug repro page
in a BrowserWindow so engineers can quickly toggle ANGLE backends, GPU
preferences, and Chromium feature flags and compare Electron's behavior
against Chrome on the same hardware.
