PHP Developer, Agile Team Coach, DevOps (IOIxSoftware.com) - November '13 to May '14
Start-up company brought me on to manage internal infrastructure and to act as their Agile development coach for the development
team. Deployed Jenkins-CI system for code deployments & off-shore team automated testing.  Trained SW development team to use 
Atlassian's JIRA & Confluence for product life-cycle management.  Major architecture release planning, feature scopes, and release
schedule planning.  Planned S.a.a.S. architecture upgrade from PHP + internal framework to all open source stack LAMP server with

Infrastructure management team member in charge of Hudson/Jenkins continuous integration build system and maintained VMware cloud
of ~12 physical and >200 VM machines, networking and storage systems.  Developed ant scripts to manage VisualStudio project builds.
Responsible for build node patching / updates, backups, and Nagios up-time monitoring. Responded to weekend and night-time system
