- Update Reading-Web-Planning with high level Epics for next sprint.
- Identify subtasks of such Epics and mark them as blocked by the epic. Set priority to high.
- Flesh out new tasks and mark them as blocked by the epic. Set priority to high.
- Pull all the tasks for the next sprint to the next-sprint board.
- Analyze, measure and report status on features and work done.
- Prepare and present Quarterly review.
- Take part on the strategy planning, help shape future goals.
- Define quarterly goals for next quarter.
- Flesh out goals into actionable epics.
- Start fleshing out first sprint epics to actionable work.
