install duplicity on centos 64bit

check os

cat /etc/redhat-release

install repo

sudo rpm -Uvh http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora-epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
yum repolist

install duplicity

yum install duplicity

To get this to install on CentOS 8 x64, I had to do the following.

sudo dnf --enablerepo=PowerTools install python3-httplib2
sudo yum install epel-release
sudo yum install python3-PyDrive
sudo yum install duplicity
