jm-function refactoring and learning local srorage
jorge-the same
What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
jorge-likes more indepedent programming. we need to find a balance we can both live with.
jm-can go either way.

jorge-became friends with partners. also focused on a strench and shared with each other.

taking chunks of the project and having the liberty to make decisions with that specific piece.

talking through them googling and pairings

jm-participation, communication and a path to a middle ground
What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?
jm-i prefer to work earlier in the day and can work alone if necessary. i like to work at turing and not everyone does.
What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?
jm-i like to focus on what was positive in written feedback and give not great feedback face to face so that i am not taken out of context

jm-waffle, slack, pairings

jm-do whatever you have to do to get it figured out. please ask for help from a partner or a resource provided by turing.

jm-i will know by the way i feel bout iot when time runs out and the project is over

talked about using slack and text and speak daily.

jorge said he is strong in html and css and i am better on jS.

We are goung to split the worload defined by strengths in the beggining to complete smaller changes then reconvene to takle js together
