-
2 oz Rye
-
1 oz sweet Vermouth
-
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir, served Up in a coupe glass
-
2 oz Gin
-
1 oz Dry Vermouth
-
2 dash Orange Bitters
Stir, serve Up, garnish with a lemon twist. If vodka martini, keep proportions the same but mock profusely. Dirty martini is 1oz olive juice, 2 oz vodka/gin and shake the shit out of it. (we don't have olive juice)
-
1 oz gin
-
1 oz Campari
-
1 oz sweet Vermouth
Stir, garnish with an orange twist, serve on the rocks—I like adding a dash of Regan's Orange, if available. Sub bourbon for gin and it's a Boulvardier. Sub rye for gin and it's Wryroni (which might just be made up by bartenders), sub mezcal for gin and...well, that doesn't have name, but that's what I drink.
-
2 oz Black Strap
-
0.25 oz sweet Vermouth
-
barspoon of honey
-
3 dashes Angostura
Stir, garnish with an orange twist, serve on the rocks. Shake it (shake, shake, shake it)...
-
2 oz Gin
-
0.75 oz Lime
-
0.75 oz Simple
Shake, serve up, garnish with a lime. Can substitute vodka or Tequila.
-
1 oz lime
-
1 oz Campari
-
1 oz dry Vermouth
Shake, serve over ice in a Collins glass, top with club soda, garnish with an orange wedge. Very low ABV so great for someone who thinks they don't want a cocktail.
-
0.75 oz simple syrup
-
0.75 oz Lime
-
1.25 oz Grapefruit
-
0.5 oz Cazadores Reposado
-
1.5 oz Vida Mezcal
Shake, serve over ice in a Collins glass, top with club soda, garnish with a grapefruit twist and a pinch of salt. If you happen to have a sprig of rosemary you can throw in your tin before you shake it, that would be super delicious.
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Black Strap
- 1 oz Glenmorangie
Shake, serve up in a coupe, no garnish.
- 0.75 oz simple
- 1 oz lime
- 2 oz Tanqueray
- 4 dashes Ango (heavy dashes, this drink ends up pretty orange)
- 0.75 oz Lemon
