Forgive me if I'm wrong, but you gave me a corrected address which leads me to believe this was not a mistake but an intentional purchase. At this point, there's not much I can do as the order has been shipped. The email with tracking information has been dispatched and you can track the package via USPS. If you're no longer interested in the cable modem, I'd recommend reselling it on eBay or gifting it to a friend. Best of luck.
