To get your florida learner's permit

Requirements

To get a Learners license:

1. Pass DATA test -> done
2. Pass the Pass the DMV permit exam
3. Documentation 3.a Primary identification (certified copy) -> birth certificate 3.b SS card 3.c Proof or residence: car registration, car insurance card
4. Go to get your license with parent

• 1 hr
• 40 correct answers, 80% to pass

• You get 3 changes to pass it online

Documentation to take to the DMV office

• Proof of DATA test
• Proof of DMV test
• If under 18 years old, must have a signed/notarized Parental Consent Form (step-parents may not sign unless they have legally adopted the minor child) https://www.flhsmv.gov/pdf/forms/71142.pdf
• Parent/Guardian On-line Test Proctoring Form which must be signed in the presence of a driver license examiner or notarized if parent or guardian will not be present.
