Recipe Automations

Healthy Lentils with Chicken

100% free of added fats and vegetable oils; cooked primarily via water-boiling and steam-release.

Parameter Configuration (Ingredients)

  • Base: 1/4 kilo of lentils and 750 ml of water.
  • Protein: Diced chicken.
  • Vegetables: 1 potato (in large chunks), 1 carrot (diced), and 1 tomato (diced, seedless).
  • Base flavor: Chopped onion, minced garlic, and 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • Strict condition: 100% free of added fats (no oil).

Execution Timeline

  • 00:00 | Initial concurrent execution:
  • (Pot A): Start cooking the lentils in salted water over high heat.
  • (Pot B): Turn on medium heat. Insert the diced tomato, garlic powder, and onion powder. Control loop: Constantly stir the dry mixture with a ladle to prevent the ingredients from burning or sticking to the base.
  • 03:00 | (Pot B): Stop the constant movement by pouring 500 ml of water over the seasoning. The process transitions to a wait state until it reaches the boiling point.
  • 05:00 | (Pot A): Turn off the heat source for the lentils. Strain immediately, discarding the liquid, and leave the ingredient on standby (cache).
  • 07:00 | (Pot B): The seasoning water reaches a rolling boil (trigger). Execute insertion by adding the diced chicken and diced carrot.
  • 09:00 | (Pot B): Incorporate the potato cut into large chunks. Staggering ensures the potato doesn't fall apart while the chicken finishes cooking.
  • 24:00 | (Pot B): Merge the ingredients by adding the precooked lentils to the main pot. If evaporation was high, integrate the remaining 250 ml of water to reach the 750 ml of the original recipe.
  • 29:00 |: Turn off the main heat source. The potato is tender, the chicken is cooked, and the execution has completed successfully.
