dlxjのGPUのドライバを最新にうｐしよう計画

kbc-developers/android_kernel_htc_m7wljのGPU周りが陳腐化しており、
ROMで使用しているblob(adreno_nexus_may2016.zip)より古い状態になっています。

下記のパッチを drivers/gpu/msm2 に適用すると安定感が増します。
CM13にコミットされているパッチなのでCM13と14で効きます。

なお、当方では他にdrivers/gpu/ionをCyanogenMod/android_kernel_htc_msm8960の物に丸ごと差し替えてビルドしています。
ionに関しては弄る範囲が広範囲になっており効果や副作用が不明なので今回は纏めてません。。。
