@justbuchanan You are a herro. Thanks very much for such complete repo.
I used it for installing python3-pip and it completely works. I didn't bleave because I figured it out much before without any luck.
However installation of dependent package is really frustrating work, But It wasn't able to installed at each way. I also added some deb repo
in list but it doesn't enough. because maybe dependency required other repo source.
Google guide me here and using that it seems the problem solved. I think this list can answer for almost everything else.

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

The solution to this is to download the missing key:

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 16126D3A3E5C1192
