This VPS was purchased from vpshostingservice.co, otherwise known as CheapWindowsVPS

It turns out that I am seriously underprovisioned/oversold with only 2gb ram instead of the stated 3gb.
The CPU was so overprovisioned that GeekBench completely failed to run.
